How to measure
Pick a well fitting pair of trousers from your wardrobe and lay them flat. Then use a tape measure against each of the above dimensions like so...
Waist - Measure across the relaxed waistband.
Hip - Measure horizontally, around 10cm below the waistband.
Inside leg - Measure all the way up the inside of the leg, all the way down to end of the leg
Leg opening - Measure across the leg opening at the lowest point of the garment.
