We hope you're happy with your purchase! But if it’s not quite right - whether it doesn’t suit you or the fit isn’t as expected - you’re welcome to return it for an exchange or refund within the specified return windows:

  • Full-Price Items: Returns must be requested within 28 days of receiving your order.
  • Sale Items: You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Please note that goods returned outside of these dates will be refused.

Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with tags still attached and neatly folded in their original packaging. Items that don’t meet these standards will be refused. Returning items in this condition also helps speed up the process, and make our lives a lot easier.

Archive Sale Returns Policy


Items purchased as part of our Archive Sale are heavily discounted and may include samples or end-of-line pieces. As such, these items are sold as-is, and all sales are considered final, meaning they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Please note:

  • Discount codes cannot be applied to Archive Sale items.
  • Some pieces may feature slight variations from the product photos due to the nature of samples or production processes.

We encourage customers to review all product details and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about specific items, please contact our Customer Service team.

Your statutory rights are not affected. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.



Processing Returns & Exchanges

 

We’re excited to offer a new, easy-to-use Returns Portal. To initiate a return or exchange, simply provide your order number and email address, then follow the prompts. Please note that separate orders cannot be combined for returns.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

We do not currently accept International exchanges, if you need another size or item, please place a new order.

Self-Posting Returns & Exchanges

 

If you prefer to self-post your return, please send your items to the address below and include a completed returns form. Please note that customers who choose this option are liable for their order's safe return.

Refund & Exchange Processing

 

Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days during busy periods for your refund or exchange to be processed.

  • Refunds will appear in your bank account within 3–5 working days of processing, or within 1 working day for PayPal orders.
  • Refunds do not include original postage fees unless agreed upon by our customer service team.
